You can change your personal information, including name, date of birth and email address on the Manage Members page in your account. If you are the primary member of a Family Membership, you can also make changes for other members on your account.

Step 1
Go to your Account Settings page
Once you are logged in, click on the "Account" icon in the top right-hand corner of any page on the site. This will take you to your Account Settings page.
Step 2
Go to the "Manage Account" or "Manage Members" page
From your Account Settings page, locate the Members section. If you have an Individual Membership, you will need to look for and select the Manage Account button. If you have a Family Membership, look for and select the Manage Members button.
Step 3
Select Member
On the Manage Members page, locate the member's information and click on the pencil icon to the right of the name. This will allow you to edit the member's name, date of birth and email address.
Step 4
Edit member information
On the Edit Profile page, you can update the member's first name, last name, birthdate, and email address. The member's name and date of birth must match what is listed on the prescription. Incorrect information may prevent your pharmacist from being able to process the card.
Once you have confirmed all information is correct, click the blue Save button to save your changes and finish the process.
