Where is the Kroger Rx Savings Club program available?
The Kroger Rx Savings Club can be used at any pharmacy in the The Kroger Company's family of pharmacies. That's more than 2,000 pharmacies across America, including King Soopers, Fred Meyer, Ralphs, Smith's, Fry's and many more.

Who can enroll in the Kroger Rx Savings Club?
To enroll in the Individual Membership or to be the primary member of a Family Membership, you must be 18 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 and pets can be added as members to an existing Family Membership.
You are not eligible to enroll if you are located in the state of Washington.
Can I use this if I have Medicare or Medicaid?
Yes! You can use your Kroger Rx Savings Club card instead of your Medicare or Medicaid if the cost is lower. However, the Kroger Rx Savings Club cannot be combined with any federal or state-funded program such as Medicare or Medicaid. You can use either your Medicare or Kroger Rx Savings Club card, but they cannot be used together at the same time.
Can I use this if I have commercial insurance?
Yes! Use your Kroger Rx Savings Club membership instead of your insurance whenever the program price beats your co-pay. You can use your membership instead of your insurance, but please note that they can't be used together. Kroger Rx Savings Club is not insurance.
Do purchases with my membership count toward my insurance deductible?
Kroger Rx Savings Club is not insurance. When using Kroger Rx Savings Club instead of your insurance or Medicare, the amount you pay will not be automatically applied toward your deductible or donut hole. You may want to contact your insurance company to find out if you can submit receipts for prescriptions purchased using your membership. Many insurance plans will allow you to submit receipts for potential reimbursement and/or credit toward your deductible and other policy limits.
Can I use my HSA/ FSA to pay for my subscription?
You can’t use an HSA or FSA account to pay for your membership. However, you can generally use HSA or FSA funds to pay for prescriptions purchased with a pharmacy membership. Check with your HSA or FSA provider for more information. You can also see a full list of qualified medical expenses here.
Does this program qualify as insurance?
The Kroger Rx Savings Club is not insurance. It is not a substitute for insurance and does not meet any creditable coverage requirements under any state law.
Can this be used for pets?
Yes! If your pet has been prescribed one of the medications covered under this program, you can add them to a Family Membership and use it when purchasing the prescription from a participating pharmacy. A valid prescription from a vet is required. The membership cannot be used for compounded or pet-only medications, like flea and tick treatments.
How do I sign up?

You will need a valid credit card to sign up. By signing up, you authorize Kroger Rx Savings Club to charge your credit card the membership fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the first 30 days and receive a full refund.
How soon can I begin using my membership after I sign up?
Once you create an account, you can immediately begin using your Kroger Rx Savings Club card at any participating pharmacy. There's no waiting period.
If you have a Family Membership, any members you add will also be activated immediately and can begin saving right away.
After signing up or adding a new member, your cards should arrive within 2-3 weeks. While you wait for your cards to arrive, you can use your temporary card, which you can access here.
