What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your Kroger Rx Savings Club membership online by visiting your Account Settings page here or by calling us at 1-855-912-6346. Your membership will end on the date of cancellation. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your signup date, you will receive a full refund. It can take up to 7 days for a refund to appear on your credit card.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time through one of the following methods:

- Call us at 1-855-912-6346 to speak with a live agent Monday through Friday from 8AM–9PM ET, Saturday from 10AM–6PM ET, or Sunday from 10AM–5PM ET.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
On each anniversary of your signup date, your subscription will auto-renew for another year. Your credit card will be charged your membership fee upon renewal. We will send you a notice 15 days before your renewal date to verify you want to continue your membership. You can cancel any time before your renewal date and your subscription will not renew. You can also cancel within the first thirty (30) days after your renewal and receive a full refund.
