Logging in to your online account allows you to manage your member profiles and account information, access your card, transfer prescriptions, and review your prescription purchase history. If you're having trouble logging in to your account, follow the steps below.
Go to the Kroger Rx Savings Club website
From the homepage, click on the "Log In" button
The Log In button will be located in the top right-hand corner of the homepage. Click on it, and you will be taken to the Log In page.
Enter your Log In information
On the Log In page, enter the email address and password you used when creating your account. Then, click the blue Log In button.
I followed the steps above, but I still can't log in.

- Make sure you have an account. If you don't have an account, we'll show you how to sign up here.
- If you have a Kroger Rx Savings Club account and are having trouble logging in, we recommend resetting your password. We'll show you how to reset your password here.
- Give us a call. If you can't log in after resetting your password, call 1-855-912-6346 to speak with a live agent Monday through Friday from 9AM–9PM ET or Saturday through Sunday from 10AM–5PM ET.
